Series of unfortunate events

It all started on Tuesday, after I sent GS off. I was driving back to my hostel in Sunway when I got disoriented and took the wrong exit. Ended up somewhere totally alien to me, but luckily, the sign boards saved me. =D

Then when I got back to my room, I plugged my laptop into the socket extension (is that what it's called???) and it promptly burst into flames. Okay... I'm exagerrating a little. =) BUT, I saw a really bright spark and smoke was coming out from it. Found that all the sockets in my room doesn't work anymore after that. Luckily I remembered to check the breaker (???), the box with all the switches, my room switch was in the off position. Flipped in back and room was fixed. Then, my hands got itchy and I tried the extension again (stupid.. yes..). This time the whole apartment shut down. Haha.. So after I fixed that, I made sure to be really careful. Had to fork out money to get a new extension as the old one was burned to a crisp.

The next day was rather uneventful, thank goodness.

Today, I woke up early, packed up my stuff and lugged everything to my car. I was planning to meet my friends back in Ipoh. Planned to get back in time for breakfast at 10 am. I got into the car, turned the key... and it wouldn't start.I mean, seriously! I was using it just 2 days ago! It's not like I left it there for a week!

So, I've called the car repair guys and am currently waiting for them to show up. While waiting, I decided I will complain and whine in my blog. =) At least I'm updating quite often... Haha.
